What are the minimum numbers of guests staying to have breakfast in the morning?
25 guests must be staying to be able to add on breakfast which is priced per person regardless of age. to add on breakfast everyone staying must pay to add breakfast as it's a buffet style breakfast. Breakfast is charged at £10 per person.

If we have 25 guests or more staying on the Saturday night do we have to have breakfast?
Yes

What are your B&B prices?
£50 per person Adults in Farmhouse, Dairy House, or the barns
£45 per person Children in Year 6 or below in Farmhouse, Dairy House, or the barns
£30 per person Camping

What are the minimum occupancy requirements for each accommodation block?

Can any of the accommodation have less than the minimum numbers staying in it?
Yes the Farmhouse and Dairy House can be booked with less than minimum numbers

Can any of the accommodation be booked as self catering on the Friday night?
Yes the Farmhouse and Dairy House can be booked as self catering accommodation

Can we use the marquee for dancing in the evening rather than Disco Barn?
No, sorry. This is due to noise restrictions on our license and respect for our near neighbours. Also in the evening as the sun drops so does the temperature, the grass becomes wet, and there have been known to be quite a few toads in our field. All in all it has proved to be a much more pleasant experience moving the party over to the Courtyard where you are then allowed to dance until midnight in Disco Barn. Everyone is in one place, you're next to your mobile bar and evening caterers, you can enjoy the warmth of a fire pit, and you have the additional space of the lower barn (dining room) on the Courtyard.

Hiring Marquees from other companies
Can we hire marquees from companies other than Roka Bella Rose Weddings?
Yes you can. Any company that you hire from must provide us with a copy of their insurance and a risk assessment. There is a £50 admin fee when hiring from outside companies to be paid by yourselves to cover admin and additional liaising.
